Wanted for Font Crimes (PROTOTYPE)

This is my first font ever! It's not very good!  

But it's helping me learn BirdFont. 

I have only tested it a few times, so kerning/spacing are probably weird; I couldn't even get it quite right for the screenshot, hrrrgh... If used in Microsoft Word, you need to make sure kerning is turned on in the advanced font settings. That said I don't recommend downloading in its current state. I'm really only posting it right now so I can have something to show for FontJam.

Other things you should know:

• Many characters are unrepresented. As of this time, Wanted for Font Crimes only has upper and lower case of the alphabet, commas, colons, semi-colons, hyphens, quotation marks, periods, and ampersands. It does not have numbers, exclamation points, question marks, etc.
• It is more or less auto-traced (with minor alterations) from William Crane's "A Floral Fantasy In an Old English Garden" which is sourced from the British Library's flickr account. I am fairly certain this work is in the public domain. William Crane was a cool dude, and his illustrations  are lovely. I was originally going to title this either "Crane Hand" "Floral Fantasy" "Old English Garden," or something alluding to the artist or his work. However, since I am an amateur I find that my font is lacking the elegance of Crane's original lettering. Combined with the observation that it could pass for lettering on a wanted poster, the current title was devised  half in self-deprecation.
• I would like to get better at making fonts so I can do Crane's lettering justice, something more faithful to his work. If I ever do I would use one of the titles alluding to him or the illustrations. I just respect him too much to tie his name to this.
• I would like to improve Wanted for Font Crimes in its own right. I think it's quirky and kind of interesting. I don't expect anyone to take the time to give me feedback, but if you do I would be enormously grateful. That said, this is a side project for me and I have a lot on my plate right now.  Will not update on a regular basis, but I will do what I can.
